Jo Noon
Chartered Financial Planner
Jo joined Perspective (Cockburn Lucas) in January 2026 following the acquisition of Cockburn Lucas IFC Ltd, bringing with her decades of experience and a client-focused approach to financial planning.
Having started her career in banking in 1988, Jo became a tied adviser in 1992 before moving into independent financial advice in 2011. Her extensive experience has given her a deep understanding of the different financial challenges and opportunities people encounter throughout their lives, enabling her to provide advice that is tailored to their individual goals and circumstances.
As a Chartered Financial Planner, Jo is committed to maintaining the highest professional standards and continues to develop her knowledge, with the aim of achieving Fellowship of the Personal Finance Society. She works closely with individuals, families and business owners, providing holistic financial planning that helps them build confidence in their future and make informed decisions about what matters most to them.
What Jo enjoys most is building long-term relationships with her clients and supporting them through the many changes life can bring. She believes financial planning should be clear, personal and free from unnecessary jargon, helping clients feel reassured that their plans remain aligned with their evolving goals and aspirations.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys running, attending spin and BodyPump classes, and taking long walks with her cockapoo, Poppy. She also loves travelling and spending time with family and friends, often exploring new places to eat and visit.
